include tables and chairs for seating up to 300. Tables
available are: 30-6’ rounds, 10 guests each, 10-30”x8’
folding tables, up to 8 guests each or utility/buffet,
and 4-48”x48”, 4 guests each or utility. Additional
table sizes and quantities are available for an additional
charge. Evening Event:
An evening event is scheduled from 12:00 Noon through
12:00 midnight, Friday and Saturday night, and from
2:00pm through 11:00 pm , Sunday through Thursday nights.
Set-up for caterers/entertainers shall be included in
this timeframe, unless other arrangements are made or
if time permits. Tear-down of caterers/entertainers
and guests must be completed ½ hour after the
scheduled ending time.
