All events include tables and chairs for seating up to 300.  Tables available are:  30-6’ rounds, 10 guests each, 10-30”x8’ folding tables, up to 8 guests each or utility/buffet,  and  4-48”x48”,  4 guests each or utility.   Additional table sizes and quantities are available for an additional charge.

Hourly rate shall apply to any and all time used by Renter, including set-up of any and all vendors.  Please make sure you schedule accordingly.  We will have an attendant present at the earliest time you request through the entire duration of your event. White linens to cover tables are included in the hourly rental rate, except skirting and any additional colored linens, such as overlays or accents.  All skirting and colored linens ordered will be billed as additional linen rental.  All tear-down of decorations, entertainment, catering, etc., must be completed within ½ hour of the scheduled ending time.  Additional billing will apply for any additional Time used.

A damage deposit of $250.00 shall be collected from the Renter secured as a charge to a major credit card (due at time of signing). Such charge will not be processed until after the event following Emaline Ballroom’s confirmation of damage.  See Rental Agreement Document for further terms and conditions.
